I would really like to learn more about the 92cc version. I would think it's a 390 copy, and if so I would like to get one eventually.
A member on as bought a 82cc one he is going to post pics
I can't find any 92cc pics just the company ones.

Some of the Chinese 'big' saws are simply bored out smaller saws. I helped a mate get his 72cc Chinese saw to where it cut wood without bogging. The Chinese had bored out an open port jug from 62cc to 72cc. There wasn't much transfer area left for a 62cc saw let alone a 72cc saw. I also had to mod the carb. Now his saw doesn't bog, but if the revs drop too low the clutch will slip. The little 62cc clutch was never meant to handle that much torque. He just keeps the revs up while cutting.

Buying a Husky/Stihl clone you have an idea about what you are getting. However, if it is an odd ball saw, be careful about the Chinese 'advertising'.

Thanks i bet that's what they did with the 82cc don't know about the 92cc it looks to have different plastics at least .
Do you think it's just an upsized 372?

I deleted the base gasket and replaced the ring with a caber and the wristpin with oem.
On my 268/372 saw those cabers are hard it will take some running to get it seated.
I honed the cylinder too.
Ran a tank through it blocking runs good.
One of these day's I've got three extra pistons i will get the popups done.
Everyone's busy this time of year.20170717_195627.jpg 20170717_200702.jpg 20170717_080703.jpg 20170716_201005.jpg 20170717_074131.jpg

I doubt it, an upsized 372 is 77cc (upsized from 71cc). Of course, they could have just bored out a 372 big bore jug another 2 mm to make it bigger. The 77cc jug needs some work to get it to flow like a 77cc jug. If they did bore it bigger, it would need a lot more work to get it to flow properly.

That said, I've seen some newer pistons that have less restriction to flow at BDC due to the curved shape of the area under the wrist pin boss. With a properly designed piston and a bit of work on the lower transfers, you could get a 372 out to 82cc and still have the transfers flow for the 82cc displacement. - that would make a neat 'sleeper' of a Chinese 365.

As far as torque for that series of a saw, a modded Zama would give you much more 'grunt' than the extra displacement. If you can find a 'twin jet' Zama and have Poleman mod it, I think you will be surprised at how strong the 77cc saw can be made.

I've hit up all my local shops they used to have all their takeoff carbs from customers saw's.
They just toss them now and don't save any.

Dropped some ash i gave up.
as soon as i fire my saw up the cattle come running.
They have no fear curious or looking for leaves?
I tried to block it up but no dice this cow kept licking my saw lol20170731_163016.jpg 20170731_162626.jpg 20170731_162427.jpg 20170731_161232.jpg 20170731_162231.jpg
