I'll ask a dealer. Last time I did that they said no outside spike for the 353 was available. However, that was four years ago and that shop went out of business.

I think I can see why as shown in post 15. The tightener screw and that housing bump has to be cleared by the portion of the spike that goes back to the left bar nut. That's tricky.

I have tried custom 346 double dogs on the 359/357. No joy...clutch cover side doesn't line up with inner. Off by a quarter inch or more.

460 rancher that I painted but the color don’t match for *s-word. I’m going to strip the paint and polish the aluminum once and see how that looks since I can’t seem to find a color to match

Heck, that gives the saw some character. I'd leave it and run it. Most saws don't care what color they are when cutting wood. I'm surprised it fit so well. Heckuva muff mod there.

That what I was thinking. I have a am 272 cover on a 670 that I need to paint black.

Dark grey is also a neutral, similar to the 61's shroud cover:

Nothing wrong with a contrasting color.

I wanted something that would kinda stay out of the way in a square piece of wood. Don't wanna be changing them out for play time. Those one's Nate made are cool looking, but look to grabby for a square log. I do like the matching outter so I guess I'll grind away.
