I wouldn't bother the new stihl bar will be 24.

Those saws get beat. They hose them off and put them away when they are still wet. If I had to do it again I'd consider the little stuff, it adds up quick. I got one for 280, once I got into it the clutch bearing had worn the crank pretty badly, the whole saw was that way. If it's under $300...

Okay so not even work on them at all? I have them measured up. Secondary up .025, and primary a few degrees past that. Basically putting the secondary back where it is stock and the primary increased just past that, I'm deleting the gasket only.

I did not do any machine work on that one. Just gasket delete. I lowered the intake floor a few degris(de-gris). I also wanted to try keeping the stuffer so I whittled it way down. Once I do the uppers I think it should run well. I'm waiting on a tiny diamond bur, nothing else will fit. Heck...
