I build a lot of saws for loggers and tree services. So far I've got two different companies that tried a 572XP and decided to get another.
One was running two of my MS461s, and ended up trading one of those saws in on a 572XP. The word is that so far there has been no issues with the 572XP. The saw is easier on the man running it for days on end over a saw with rubber AV. RPM in the cut is fantastic after break in. Although the MS461 has more torque, and will carry a longer bar, they prefer the 572XP.
The other has a MS462 that I built, and the 572XP. He's planning to get another 572XP.
Real world feedback........no brand bias. Just men making a living with a saw.
