So STIHL GREECE offers 25% discount on the 462 m tronic! As soon as they arrive from Germany at 16th July 2018.

That would be 1.199€ - 25% = 959,2€ for the 20inch light bar.

It’s great sadness for the people that just bought MORE EXPENSIVE the 462adj.carb from Greece.

Actually buying an adj.carb is 2 generations behind in chainsaw technology.
462 has M tronic 3rd version.
Maybe they believe in advertised connections with dealers and importer!
But if someone is “highly connected” with the sales network he should/would be warned from the Importer moving the ropes.

And through this thread i saw people trying to undermine my statements which were given on official references. Can’t figure if it was for fun or for real.

But the reality is THE ADJ.CARB 462’s ARE A COMPLETELY BAD DEAL!!!

When i asked company about 462 adj.carb they told me “let them sell you are not there with your inventory, keep away”... and of course i am away.

I only use M tronic, i feel too redneck and hillbilly to play with screwdrivers in 2018. I just wanna rip wood. So Stihl M tronic equipment is my way.

P.S1: AlfAO1- I usually have utmost respect to old people who still play with guns and chainsaws. Time flies and soon i m gonna be old too. But getting your father a 461(good chainsaw) at same or MORE EXPENSIVE price of a 462cm aint a clever bargain or something to write home about is it?
Thank God you entered Stihl equipment so you’re upgrading from the previous mfg’s.

P.S2: for the people who ordered the 462 adj. carb at this unfortunate situation, wish you better luck next time. Due diligence is always good. Prefer someone who already owns a STIHL or High End equipment. Not just someone who pops up.

What? I guess I'm not understanding what you are getting at. Oh, I get it. It was the "daddy" comment, right? In English, that's used as a slang word when you refer to yourself. I was referring to myself. Lol. And, I paid no where near what a 462 costs for it. I paid about half actually.

Who has ordered 462's? I thought you were going crazy to get a hold of a carb version? As I said in a prior post, I'm interested for CM's, which I already found.

I am not sure if this is the right place or not but I have a Mea Culpa...

Today I had my first “floppy cap failure”. I new something was not right when the bar oil cap was sticking coming out but just needed to trim a few limbs and was rushing... half a tank of bar oil down the leg and the rush was over...

Anyone use this MotoMix chit from Stihl? Any good? Danged expensive! I got it when I bought the Fo Six Won--ole boy said I get extra warranty if I bought the Stihl pre-mix. Is this stuff that gives you headaches? Man, I bought some of that Stihl synthetic stuff before and I get a headache every time I use it. I even diluted it with other pre-mix and it still gets me.
