I'm trying to pressure test a 371. The pro side seal needed to go. But its as also leaking from the barrel things internal gap. So I popped it out. Replaced the seal and that version with one off my 372 with the tiny o-ring. Still getting it to bubble. So I put the clutch on. Spun it down. And it helped some. Just some.

So to get this thing off, it acted as if it had sealant on it holding it on. Is that true. And would you put some on and take two? This is the first I've run into it doing this.

Did that already. It did nothing. Even tried 3 Bond 1184. Same thing. Soooo....Permatex Untra Black 82180 next. We'll see how that goes. So far. Nothing stop the bypass.
I’d use something that holds up to gasoline. Ultra black does not. It could be fine since it’s going to be squished in there with the clutch pressure though. Good luck
