Been looking at this lately and thinking it’d make a nice wood processing area and storage building. The coop alone would hold something like 2500 cord 😂

I don't see any trees besides the one the photographer is under. May not be 2500 cords to cut.

I have a bonkers amount of wood to cut but only go through 20-25ish cord a year with my boiler. Rough guess says I could fill the barn with what I want cut down in woods patches, fence lines and groves if I had the labor.

I gotta keep the barn full of chickens for another couple decades yet lol.

I didn't realize that was already yours. I thought you were looking to buy that place. 2500 cords would give you 100 years worth. A bit optimistic, but I like optimism.

My son has been sitting in the stroller pretty much since he has been born watching my wife feed the goats.

Now he heads buts our dog and sometimes other humans.

We can only assume it’s from watching the goats?!!?
Maybe it's something your wife does that you don't know about yet, and he's copying her.

🤣🤣🤣

The coop was built in 2018 and has too much life left in it to repurpose it just yet lol.

Probably would be more like 98yrs. We have campfires from time to time and will use some off the boiler pile 😂

One tree at a time! Lol
Sure wish we weren’t so far apart. I’d gladly help you slay trees !!

I wish we could build a chicken building here. No chicken processing plants and the turkey plant has all their contracts full.

HP and how many remotes?
I’m jealous.
Set at 500hp. 5 remotes, Power Beyond and an air seeder hookup.

I'm also jealous lol. I was searching for a 9420 for a few years and happened to be at our local JD dealer picking up parts when it rolled in on a semi all dirty and looking sad. On the way out of the store my phone rang and it was my sales guy. He said they just got a fresh trade in that I had to look at as he thought it was exactly what I was looking for. Turns out it was the 9420 on the trailer I just saw. I climbed all over it and we shook hands before it hit the ground. Dang happy. 24sp, ActiveSeat, Diff lock, integrated autosteer, 4,100hrs (very low for the year), just shy of 14,000lbs of iron weights on it and it was a single owner machine. Literally checked every box !!

Pic last fall ready to go lay pipe.

Burry it and cap it off !! Big John will pull the tile plow around 60" deep before starting to spin out. This was around 40" here.

Not a bad way to spend a few days. I love this plow.

Those old Case's were good in their day but they guys that built and worked on them are sadly dead or well retired. The powershifts were a weak link. I had a cousin who had (2) 4490's and one that had (1). Back in the mid 1980's "picking toe-maters" it was great day when we had (3) 4490's all working in the same field. Damn those were money making years
