I own a Kubota Z421 Komnander Pro with an FS730V motor and I recently started it up for the first time after it sitting all winter and i suspect I have two issues, first issue is that it won’t start it will just click, I push on the break and it slowley started (i’m guessing I need a new starter solenoid and/or motor) Anyways the main issue is that when it does start up it makes a very noticeable ungreased ball bearing noise. Any suggestions as to what may be the issue and how to fix it? Thanks.
Dropbox video of what it sounds like

Might be the starter gear is not retracting and is stuck in the flywheel.
The most likely cause of slow starting is the battery has a bad cell.

Yes sir. Fully charged battery or a new one. Mine is same way after sitting all winter. Charge battery and it's good to go, that being said it's on it's third battery.

Put a small (up to ~1.5A ) battery maintainer with a desulfator feature on it for a day or two. Battery in my garden tractor is 17yo and still going good with it's use.
I've been using these on ours (and motorcycles) with good results BatteryMINDer. And they happen to be on sale from this vendor again.

I actually leave the MINder on for most of the off season where there is power readily available. For the other stuffs I'm using every month or 2 for a couple of days.
It (the small capacity one) will work on larger capacity batteries if whatever they are in doesn't have a lot of parasitic drain.

Another vote for battery.
Also make sure your cable connections are shiny clean and tight.
The noise in your video is normal, just air being pushed around inside the crankcase when you turn the engine over.
