I minored in BAll busting in college and spent 12 years kissing corporate asses afterwards. There is a whole lotta BS corporate speak in my background I'm sorry to say. I seriously made a "cheat sheet" at one point to help with new hire orientation programs. The "up channel" mgt team thought it was dumb until it worked, then they all wanted credit for its brilliant implementation. I didn't last too long there.
