hello, can someone tell me if there is a Oring on the L air/fuel jet screw? while disassembly of my Zama C3m carburetor there was a pieces of damaged oring on screw?

Not according to the parts diagram.
Unless someone has added/used one to stop the needle vibrating and changing the setting

And if you look at Jack’s small engines site, a different c3m carb it shows springs.
It may be helpful to know the exact carb you got.
but I still don’t think it will have orings where you say
