HELP! Zama c3m flooding

What do you guys normally go to psi for pressure testing carbs and how long do you let it hold for before you consider it ok?

They need to hold at least 15 psi without bleeding off at all. Any less than that and fuel pressure inside the tank could potentially overcome the spring
