FOUND IT Wtb: gen 2 462 w/ screws

Looking for a clean gen 2 462 with a standard carb. No mtron saws..

What makes it a gen 2? Saw a new one at TS MS 462 long bar did not look or measure the bar. It was a German E bar. What would be a fair cash price? Special order not picked up for a few months.

The 462 has undergone some serious design changes. The case, cylinder, and piston are are different now.

These two pictures show the changes to the slug and the cases.

Thanks for the info. TS wants $1300.00 and tax.Is their info on the saw as to which gen it is. I read the post about the stickers up, down, silver white. Too much info and I still don.t know.
