I'm unable to find a carrying case for my Worx 4HP 18 inch blade chainsaw (model WG304.1). The problem is the width of 12 inches. I can find cases with an outside width of 12 inches but not an inside with of 12 inches. The inside length is 20 inches and the height is 8 inches. Any recommendations on a carrying case for my chainsaw?

Thank you,

Marce

I don't know your particular saw, but the Husqvarna style 'PowerBoxes' are easy to modify with utility knives, Dremel tools, heat guns, etc. Generic versions are sometimes available on sale for $20 - $30.

Rubbermaid totes and plastic beverage coolers can also be modified for this use.

My Worx 303.1 won't fit in a Dolmar 5105 case. It's about 1/2" too narrow, and would be long enough if the cord didn't stick out of the back of the handle.
