my buddys 360 was ran with 50:1 and when took it apart it was dry like that also and it was stock then

Till i got hour meters i was the same way ,is amazing how much wood can be cut in 3 hours on a meter .

one of the other saws he left to be ported needs main bearings, haven't been into it yet to see how bad the rest of it is.

the good news here is the cylinder will clean up, bottom end is tight, new piston, and good to go. oh but there is a problem. it never did idle right.

I did find something that the porter did that may be the cause of the poor idle.

when talking to the saw owner something just didn't add up.

it sounded to me like maybe the saw was pooling fuel in the intake.
