i ran that 460 at the gtg and i hope mine turns out like it i liked the torque and power it has

Thanks for letting me run your Doc Al saws Dallas. I already had my 026 scheduled for a doctor's appointment, after running your 036 now I have to get one. That thing is nasty, gotta be the best running 60cc saw I have ever put in a log.

Doc is definately a special guy, bought an 044 from him and he went through it with a fine tooth comb, even sent me a chain square filed (took him some time to do) just so I could try it as soon as I got it. Much respect to MOFO WORKSAWS.

Just bought a nice 50 CC Husky that looks very good. My buddy hinted that he wanted a backup to his 353. If he turns it down, I'm keeping it for myself. I'd like a backup to my own 353 in case it goes down. However, I doubt that he will turn it down. That's MHO.

I'm giving my dad this 455 rancher for Christmas. I got it for free missing the clutch cover, bar&chain and not running right. It had no fuel filter and the screen in the carb was plugged up. Runs fine now.20161218_171037.jpg20161218_170903.jpg

My present to myself for Christmas is a Blue Max 45cc chainsaw.
It came already.

I still have to order a dual port muffler for it, and a real chain.
I think the stock chain is made out of recycled tin cans.

Also need to order a replacement on off switch for it.

The maker is JRL. I don't think they make one for the Poulans.
This is a link to the one for the Red Max clone saws.

Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/222048589213

Thanks those things look kinda cool. Do they have a mag case ? And I like the idea of taking a cheap saw and making it run great. And are they strato carb?

Mag case, adjustable oiler, non strato.
The models for the US have a Cat muffler.
I only have few minutes run time on it, but it seems to be a nice running saw.

I sold my backup Stihl 026 PRO to a guy who wanted a pro saw but only had $260 to spare. I threw in a pair of spare chains. I imagine the total package was worth well over $300 based on recent sales history. The saw was in flawless condition. He used it immediately and cut a whole truckload of firewood, totally satisfied with it. I made his day. Here's the identical one that I kept on board:

The only reason it's at rest these days is because my Husky 353 is now my go-to firewood saw and it refuses to die. Holiday cheers to all!
