Might be built on an 029 chassis? I know they had screw caps. Im tryng to think about the 039 I had that I sold about 2 years ago. I think that one had screw in caps too.

Correct, 029 039 were screw caps 290 390 were tool less my first saw was a 029 super it meant it had adjustable oiler being super.clam shell of course
