Frank’s Sweet Heat was some crazy good sauce, mixed with a good shot of Italian/melted butter...or just left alone by itself. Can’t find it around here no more.
He was referring to regular Frank’s hot sauce...and it’s fine as well mixed that way. The Italian adds an edge, and the butter gets‘ it just right. Some good stuff!@huskihl mentioned this yesterday, number one reason I busted the wings out of the freezer.
Trying something different today. Saw someone mention these elsewhere on the interweb, and I'm neck deep in cabbage and apples right now, so I figured I'd better try it out. They're filled with apples, onion, bacon, some melted butter, bbq sauce and apple cider. 235° and some applewood. We'll see what happens. View attachment 260106

Wings on Wednesday. With some taters and brussel sprouts. Didn't grow the salt or the rub, but otherwise...View attachment 261015 View attachment 261016
Ribs yesterday. Some berkshire seeds we started in May. Not super meaty for spareribs, but tasted great. View attachment 261017 View attachment 261018
