Nice! What is your general purpose for the saw? Firewood? Logger?

My first wow factor saw is a 361 with a modified muffler. Good power with 3 cube weight.

Second would be a 242 husky. THIS SAW WILL CUT WITH ALOT OF STOCK 026'S. IT HAS RPM BUT YET CAN LUG DOWN! Your results may vary. Small saw and certainly cannot be compare to a larger one, but from the factory it has excellent drivability for my uses.

Mostly firewood, I get a few small logging jobs here and there.

I like the vid, don't get me wrong, but is it better than a 044/440 or a 046/460? With no direct comparison I cant tell how "WOW" it is. Please don't take my post the wrong way but what make the saw stand out. Does it hold more rpm? Can you lean on it more and it keep cutting? Does it have a sweet spot?

The first saw which really wowed me was my old 346xp. Of the current lineup and toys I've experienced since, my two big ones were a ported 390xp and a ported MS 084. I like all of mine very well but my 562 gets a lot of play time as does the 262xp. The 372xp is a hell of a saw but the two 60cc saws make it sit alot if I'm in smaller wood.

The biggest wow for me was my 395xp. It's rare that I get a crack at a log that is big enough to justify using it. First time I ran it, it came out like a banshee and tried to race to the center of the earth, I stood up, looked around, and was like, "oh sh!t did that just happen?" fastest saw I have ever ran. Think the secret was, Randy was in it twice.;)

Not sure if it's any stronger than a good ported 046, it's stronger than the 046 that I ported. But I think that's due to the numbers I used. Check out the saw video thread. I believe I have a vid of it running a 36" bar in a decent hunk of burr oak

Hot 7900 will do it. The hybrids are pretty fun as well. I still like the 440 best I believe for firewood. These little buggers when ported are pretty fun as well. Guy running it asked if there was a 50cc stihl that could run like that:D

My 562xp makes me grin a lil bit. It's impressive even in stock form. I have some parts coming to freshen it up...do a little clean up to cylinder and muff mod while it's apart hopefully get some gains.
