Bread, cheese and nuts seem to be the worst offenders, bending over on an empty stomach can do it as well.

Actually missed Geniusfest last year because of afib. I was loaded up and changing the oil in my Pathfinder, bent over the engine to add oil and that triggered it. Did not come out until the next day.

Yeah, I was in serious erratic crazy heartbeating craziness, they couldn't get it to return to normal medicine-wise, so they sent me to Jewish in Louisville
