Pick up a Weed Eater BV200 off the street looked decent but wouldn't start due to low compression. Decided to take it apart, cylinder not scored, ring stuck I replaced, noticed it was missing the base gasket (o-ring type). I've searched on-line for a gasket kit, some show it for $50 not gonna happen any suggestion? Thank you.

Threebond 1184 has worked really well for me, but I can't say I've tried others either...

Appreciate replies, was thinking this was the way I'd have to go but wanted to know what others have successfully used first. Thank you.

Ordered a gasket set for an earlier model blower, molded base gasket looked the same except to the position of a small tab. Clipped the tab and superglued it into where it should belong. Starts and runs good, need to dial in the carb settings a bit, it was worth the my effort no matter what my wife said about picking up someone's trash.
