Maybe plunge cut through a small diameter tree, so that tip is exposed?

The wedges got temporarily transferred to another industry and didn’t fare so well…actually I think functionally they are fine…we’ll see.

I beat the snot out of them today until I was popping wood off the dry Euc, they are fine

This one for example needs that beat up edge trimmed back. In fact I’m gonna do it

Back at the beginning of this thread, I mentioned that at first, I used a bandsaw, and a stationary disc stander. Worked good, but some thermoplastic melting, and a lot of plastic fumes.

The plastic cutting files mentioned in Post #3 work great, as long as you have a way to clamp the wedges.
