HELP! Walbro wj carburetor

Can someone try to help me understand the design differences between these 2 carburetors? They are both Husqvarna 395 carburetors as far as I know. Why does one have different jets than the others? If someone knows what jets do what I would greatly appreciate the insite. What is the purpose of the extra jet I circled?

It’s the same function as the hole in the bottom of the nozzle here. It supplies some of the high side fuel.
