On a totally unrelated note, I am looking for any Homelite or Efco saws in the John Deere green color scheme. They need to be good or very good cosmetically but need not be working...fried top ends are quite O.K.

Mitch Weber stopped by today, he's in the process of reworking his shop and needed to get some stuff out of the way.



I think I can find some spots for these in the new building.

Progress has been halted on Phase 2 as we are waiting on the floor contractor to come back and refinish the floors. The electricians did get the mini splits wired up last week so we have some heat, the radiant floor heat is still waiting on the boiler to arrive and the gas to be connected.

I guess it was finally cold enough and there was enough snow on the ground that the gas company decided it was a good time to run the gas line to the new building.





No meter and were not tied in yet so the new building continues to operate on electric heat from the Mini Split units.

Local to me they recently began raising a whole new steel reinforced concrete multi-storey building close to my workplace.
Looks like they are getting one storey done each week.

They too seem to have waited for winter conditions.

Same crap planning with road work.

I've been slacking on my progress reports. After several attempts the concrete floors are done, grind and seal up front and solid color (light grey) in the shop at the back.

Mini Splits (heat pumps) were installed in early December, the boiler for the radiant floor heat is supposed to arrive soon but heating has been solely electric heat pumps for past 30+ days. Electrical bill was $147...

Railing for the stairway was test fit today.



Interior doors and trim has arrived and the contractor was working on getting them installed today.





I did get a clock for Christmas and have it installed in the new display room.

The stairway will be very nice one the inventory is moved into the new building, at present it is a long ways from the shop to the parts in the attic.

I have the same clock in the current building, my wife still doesn't understand how to tell what time it is. "The 12:00 is not at the top..."

Honestly that’s not bad at all for heat if the bill was 150$ including everything else also. Put small one unit heat/ac in my bedroom and plan on large 2 unit on other end of house to hopefully save a bit on propane during spring and fall plus have ac always available instead of window units
