@USMC615 sorry to hear this I know what the frustrations with Jim are like. I pray you get your saw back man. This kind of crap SUCKS!
It wasn’t mine per say and I sent it to him...I chose this full restore/rebuild/port as a raffle prize that was remaining when it was my turn to pick.

If it goes that route you will be in good hands Jason. Steve is a good guy, and really knows the 10 series very well.
He said he was going to take a coil off a runner and do the coil swap, I’ve asked him in texts twice in as many days...and I get zero response concerning that question...he simply will not answer it. Nor will he answer any shipping questions from yesterday and today. But yet he’s responded to my texts today, about five times or so. Simply will not address those two questions. The coil is paramount...because of the time issue involved. It’s why I need the saw, and if coil is no good, I can try and get one or send the saw to Steve, etc and get it back in time.

Albeit no place for Randy...but I thought that was pretty damn generous of a man who’s not even got a dog in this fight, to offer up the two pre-paid shipping labels (Randy asked Jim to simply send him the weights of the saws), for mine and Clint’s. I know damn well that would’ve saved Jim probably what, $80 maybe more btwn both saws shipped? I don’t really know...but it can’t be the cheapest thing on the planet to send a saw, b&c from one coast to the other...OR to GA.

I just scratch my head at all this...I think Jim could use this situation as a turning point...just send the saws out. And try and recover and regain respect amongst folks. You gotta start some damn where...unless you just absolutely don’t give a *s-wordt!

Unfortunately I’m pretty sure he just doesn’t give a crap. He’s has been giving the poor poor pitiful me thing for way to long to honestly say he does give a crap. He’s flat out screwed many people and especially 2 much more so than myself. I try not to bad mouth folks when they aren’t or can’t be around but this feller has and will get absolutely no respect from myself.

$67 for a 372 from MI to OR. I bet it's $90 from him to you UNinsured

Sure this is all being read; so here my two cent:

Send the saws along with some quick letters saying my bad and such. Write/call some other people up and just apologize. No one wants to hear more BS. Just apologize and show worth in the future to regain the trust.

It’s never/almost never too late to totally redeem yourself if you just stop the BS. Ain’t no one here a saint, but I rather sit at a bar with an honest crook then lying lawyer.

Would be to just ship the saws.
Wash his hands of them
And be free to satisfy other customers.
He's obviously got the right business model going on...we're all the *f-wordkked up ones in this!

I'm willing to bet dimes to nickels he wishes he had that 'Mastermind free-ship' offer back on the table. And here I thought Amazon Prime free two-day ship was cherry...that f'n offer was Golden!
