I’m going through some parts and cannot figure out what cylinder this is

It’s pretty wild as there is no exhaust port in thinking it’s a factory blank or something

It looks a lot like a Homelite Super XL cylinder.
Yes, I agree...XL12 or Super XL - should be 46mm. I have a Super XL, but have not taken it apart yet....that would have thrown me not having a dedicated intake and exhaust ports 🤣

Which one is the single divided port on the side? Exhaust? Intake? Both? Neither?

How's the explosive stuff get in?
Looks like the fuel goes through the carb to #17 (Crankcase) and then drops into the crankcase and gets pumped into the cylinder through the transfers and then exhausts from there.

Yeah the reed block is mounted on the crankcase. The carb and other intake parts mount to the reed block. It was a pretty common design back then.

Interesting. Never would have thought the intake port could be on the crankcase.
