Just to clarify, if someone just states T-Shirt. It should be implied that it is a traditional short sleeve t-shirt.
Long Sleeve should be specified as long sleeve.

Depends because “T”-short looks like a long sleeve and “t”-shirt looks like a short sleeve kind [emoji6] probably doesn’t hurt to specify things in the long run

Google sheets is great -- there are 3 of us who plan a huge outdoor wifi network every year and we use a google sheet we can all update / look at in parallel from any web browser or sheets app on a phone and when we are all in different locations... man it's great.

If you can send me the Excel sheet you used to generate the PDF I would be happy to host a google sheet w/ my google account and add the pricing calculations even -- and eventually even shipping to help Jeremy out. I'll post a link on here that anyone can look at the sheet. I can grant whoever needs write access to make updates. By having it where anyone can look at their order, it will be very easy to shore up anything missed, make corrections, flush out missing sizes, etc. I'd be happy to take care of all of it... I'm a software nerd for day job and can easily do things in real time and keep folks here updated on how it's going etc.

I'll PM you my e-mail address if that helps make it easier to send the original sheet. It's great that you already did the work of getting it all entered.

Neither posts were made by Sondre @SOS Ridgerider .
If he told someone to edit his order all is fine, if he didn't though it proves that people don't pay sufficient attention to what they are doing when editing a big running list.
It shows that a running list is in a constant state of questionable change and whenever it gets edited every included party must recheck whether their order is still correct.
This Google Sheet thing increasingly looks like a very good idea.

Carry on, I am back to checking my spreadsheet before sending it to @malk315 - then I wash my hands off this.

I received the master sheet from @Wilhelm and will get the google sheet and link up this evening.

Once I have the link perhaps Jeremy can edit his first post on here to include the link (or have a moderator do that if forum won't allow) -- then any of you can look at the sheet via that link and simply PM or mention me in a comment and I can make corrections / additions etc. I'm going to add to it calculations so once we know shipping costs it can automatically provide totals for each member -- to make it easy. For now I'll put totals w/o shipping based on costs mentioned at the beginning of this thread.

I'll also try and share write access to the sheet for Jeremy and anyone else who wants to take on keeping it current etc. We can limit that to only a few people to minimize accidental errors -- google sheets handles multiple people w/ access very well and it's always one sheet stored in one master place
