Looks like a good idea, simplified but my XXL black hoodie (only ordered one hoodie) got lost in the mix somewhere.

My tee shirts are on there though. I just wanted to point that out if this is the direction that we are going with this order.

Probably just a simple typo it happens.

If you want the spreadsheet to be shareable and editable by various people a "google sheet" would work well. You can upload an excel sheet to google sheets and then use google sheets from then forward -- on computer or w/ google sheets app on phone etc. Just an idea to possibly make it easier to have one copy that is the "master". It could be setup so a handful of people can edit it and anyone can view it -- thus everyone can easily make sure their stuff is correct and share the load of updating it. If too many people can update it, it can lead to stuff accidentally getting hosed.

Just throwing out ideas.

Ok cool. To be clear with google sheets there is no downloading that happens, all editing is to the one doc live, so the issue you mention is not an issue.... In fact in Google sheets when two people are working on it in parallel, you can see what cell the other person is working on from your view. It really does make the problem go away... With a couple of people able to edit and tbe world able to see it... Makes it tough for mistakes to happen. Cheers.

Ok cool. To be clear with google sheets there is no downloading that happens, all editing is to the one doc live, so the issue you mention is not an issue.... In fact in Google sheets when two people are working on it in parallel, you can see what cell the other person is working on from your view. It really does make the problem go away... With a couple of people able to edit and tbe world able to see it... Makes it tough for mistakes to happen. Cheers.

Google sheets is great -- there are 3 of us who plan a huge outdoor wifi network every year and we use a google sheet we can all update / look at in parallel from any web browser or sheets app on a phone and when we are all in different locations... man it's great.

If you can send me the Excel sheet you used to generate the PDF I would be happy to host a google sheet w/ my google account and add the pricing calculations even -- and eventually even shipping to help Jeremy out. I'll post a link on here that anyone can look at the sheet. I can grant whoever needs write access to make updates. By having it where anyone can look at their order, it will be very easy to shore up anything missed, make corrections, flush out missing sizes, etc. I'd be happy to take care of all of it... I'm a software nerd for day job and can easily do things in real time and keep folks here updated on how it's going etc.

I'll PM you my e-mail address if that helps make it easier to send the original sheet. It's great that you already did the work of getting it all entered.
