The plating on this jug is paper, nothing like oem quality.

I’ve gotta sand another .003 outa the band. It’s likely around 15 squish right now.

I'd get a compression reading or cc the chamber before you take anything else out of the squish.
0.015 is right where I like to run

It's an illusion where he shaped the edge of the chamber. Might have lost part of one thread.

I'm hoping for 180 psi. The band looked awful big to me. Hoping I didnt go overboard on chamber size, Or its popup time.

I honestly think you know much more than me on that, but like you said there's always a popup. How much did you take out of the band?

I'm exited to see how this will come out. Was not home all day today (long story). I'll bet the compression will be stout, but as long as it has C/R, that is fine with me. I even like using it on my smaller saws when they are warm. An easy start is a good start!

Brad, all my saws get play time at GTG's, so in short, the answer will be yes!
