Yeah I fugged up that multi quote good and proper lol.
Lol no chit? That was like getting thrown into an "advanced Japanese" course before taking the beginners course...

In other news...it would be cool to see that bastage with a removable cylinder head ;)

I'd get a compression reading or cc the chamber before you take anything else out of the squish.
0.015 is right where I like to run

Real nice lathe work Doc, that cylinder wall to squish band corner is sharp and neat !!!

I'm interested to see this this build. I'm thinking about starting a build thread on something a bit different.
What are your thoughts on my chamber Guestimate?

I'm hoping for 180 psi. The band looked awful big to me. Hoping I didnt go overboard on chamber size, Or its popup time.

I honestly think you know much more than me on that, but like you said there's always a popup. How much did you take out of the band?

I'm exited to see how this will come out. Was not home all day today (long story). I'll bet the compression will be stout, but as long as it has C/R, that is fine with me. I even like using it on my smaller saws when they are warm. An easy start is a good start!

Will this be run against a ported OEM setup when done?

Brad, all my saws get play time at GTG's, so in short, the answer will be yes!
