It looks like the 036 Zama with 1mm of dremel love to the Venturi and shaft swap may be a viable option for the 262.

Another option for the 262 may be to use linkage from a jonsered 630 super II that runs the Tillotson HS224.
I'll have to blow the dust off my 630 super 2 in order to check the intake block and how the linkage is attached at the trigger.
Boy I bet that would make a 262 run like a freak.

Well that sure makes it a lot easier.
I suppose if you wanted you could use different size shafts that are milled to the exact size to take it down flush without any measuring.
