Silver birch near a house.

I was expecting that on the cherry as it's at the corner of our property and it used to be farm land. Fortunately I only trashed one old chain and slightly dulled another.

I have seen some true butchers of harvester drivers. Having to work anywhere near them is a disaster.

Were you able to save the chain?

I had just sharpened the damn thing. It wasn't too bad, only one tooth had to be filed back disproportionately.

One from this weeks job clearing around a house. Steep embankment made for some awkward footing.

Dropped a nice size dead Ash today and cut the rounds to size for a friend of mine. The CFB Hybrid w/28" bar got the call and made short work of it.

My friend needed more fire wood for this season, and he lets me hunt there.

It was leaning the wrong way, so we roped it so it would go in the preferred direction.

Wow she had some bad “shake” in her. Good thing you took it down before it deteriorated more. Shame it’s only worth firewood.

Ya they had a high wind storm come thru and take out some other trees that took out part of their round pen and landed on high tensile fence. He said it was a load of his mind, as he was afraid it would possibly hit main house or the mini house built in the 1800s.

Needed another inch and the rock wasn't as easy to cut.
