Excellent video. When you cut the base and drop the cylinder to get your desired squish aren’t you lowering everything? Like the intake and exhaust are being lowered by “x” amount which can be a good thing - however you are also lowering the stratos ports by the same amount. Point being the cutouts in the piston(for stratos/raw air) are going not going to be in the same position as when stock (unless the bearing pockets were moved down by “x” amount which seems like a lot of work) so the “timing” is going to be off. I suppose you could work the piston accordingly OR raise the ports to accommodate the stock piston however raising the ports will lessen the blowdown. It’s a dizzying dance with these “controlled air leak “ saws for sure !
