The problem with a low head ,button head or flat head is they are one hex wrench size smaller than a regular socket head .The waller out real easy .I know that as fact because I've lost count of how many I've drilled out at work .

Ebay. I believe seller devonotion had most of what I needed. Common sizes are m5x12, m5x16, m5x20, m5x25 (harder to find), and m5x35. I think they're all Farmertec and work fine

There's a little trick on wallered out low head screws .You take a drill bit because they are hard as a rock and grind a long tapered point on it like an awl .Use this as a kind of punch pecking on the outer edge of the bolt head .Once you get the torque out of it the thing will back right out .
