I will buy a ticket, even tho I know that the odds are nearly identical, with I didn't. No chance vs. a chance. Why do prizes get so high? In 1984 powerball was about 15,000,000/1 now 292,000,000/1. Peeps believe buying more chances increases their odds. Odds static!! Each ticket has 1/292***,*** chance of winning. To WIN!!! Wood cost $58+,***,*** to buy every possible number combination, after the printer fills out the 56,+**,*** cards from the program set up with no error and enough trustworthy peeps went to enough outlets in several states to avoid overloading the server. Oh yeah, last mega draw the server had to pause from overload.
