NopeWell sheet. I have two of those. Thought it was the other way round.
I think I have a black one.
Throw that mf’er in the trash...
At least my Solo has an unlimited coil, I guess.
I got mine from Steven, and I thought he said it had the 272 coil... maybe I am mistaken.Nope......just a stock coil.
I do think it’s a waste of time put a 272 coil on a stock saw with just a muffler mod... I personally don’t see what there is to gain in that situation? The 7900 Randy ported for me had the stock 13,500 coil, and it ran great, but I don’t have that saw anymore. I now have a Solo/7910.I thought you said it was the stock coil? And it was a waste of time to have an unlimited coil for cutting firewood?
How do you like that solo hybrid?I got mine from Steven, and I thought he said it had the 272 coil... maybe I am mistaken.

I looked through my PMs and the for sale threads, and saw no mention of the unlimited coil, but I could swear that’s what I was told. I’ll have to check it out now... I ran it the other day and it seemed to run pretty good. The wood was kinda small, though.Ah....
I may have been mistaken.
I like it, but honestly, I’ve only ran it a couple times because I don’t really want it to get all beat up. I’m going to start using it more... no sense having a saw that just sits. How do you like that solo hybrid?
The 13,500 stock coil is at least useable.I thought you said it was the stock coil? And it was a waste of time to have an unlimited coil for cutting firewood?
You are correctI like it, but honestly, I’ve only ran it a couple times because I don’t really want it to get all beat up. I’m going to start using it more... no sense having a saw that just sits.
It’s like getting the first dent or scratch on a new truck...
I've found that if you keep them out of the back of the truck they stay much nicer. It’s like getting the first dent or scratch on a new truck...
