Had to start a fire tonight to keep FIL from running elec. heater ? Was 76 degrees upstairs and he's running heater. Diabetes and blood thinners keep yah cold I guess ?

It's supposed to get to 38 furnace been running in morning. But he lives in basement handicapped ? Tree fell on him 10 yrs ago feeding dogs in wind Storm.
Now he has no femur in right leg ? Heart problems diabetes ? Went from 210 to 450lbs, 25 to 30 surgeries since.
