Did I supply one? Thanks for the muffler tutorial!![]()
Nice lookin' muffler mod! Did you use self-tapping screws? Or riv-nuts on the muffler?Muffler mod complete with a modest second port. Wow, a strong running saw!View attachment 455423
Simply sheet metal screws from the junk drawer. I would have liked to have used better fasteners but decided at the last minute to do the second port while it was apart. I’ll have to keep an eye on them loosening. I enlarged the factory opening as well.Nice lookin' muffler mod! Did you use self-tapping screws? Or riv-nuts on the muffler?
Cheers!
Plan on cutting the cover to fit?

Dude, whatever floats Your boat.I know @Wilhelm will be disappointed by the little spikes lol but made a small set of spikes for my 9000 hybrid because I was already cutting some for my other 9000 and outer lines up good with ps540 spike. Used this molested inner spike with a little welding and grinding got them fitting nice. Ps hybrid should be cutting really soon!
