Most graphic design print shops can make anything you want these days, when my wife's Excursion became the primary MTC tow vehicle, she had a large ( about 16×24) Fox racing decal made for the back window.
They just googled the images and we picked the one we wanted and whammo bammo it was printed! It was even cost less than $20.
Another time I was trying to duplicate a padded decal, they had to order the material but were able to reproduce it exactly. Try local sources first, you might be surprised...

I have a vuy that has one of those printers. Mostly he makes screens for his own business .

The sticker was sent along with the pictured bar.
I've cut the cardboard it was shipped in open to recycle it and "found" the big sticker inside.
Didn't even know it was inside, sure glad I found it though!

I want one of those . . .

No, I haven't seen one of those before!
No Dolmar dealers in neither close nor far proximity of me.

It is really nice, I too dig it! ;)
I didn't really know what to expect how it'll look like in person, now I'm a little sorry that I didn't get a couple more (I have three).

Any Dolmar dealer should be able to get You some.
But if You crave only one I am willing to send You one! :)
PM me Your address if You'd like me to.

Sorry wilhelm

Might take you up on your offer, thanks. Let me see if I can dig up anything on this side of the pond. The dude who was going to make the decals seems not interested all of a sudden.

I sent a message to a place called Stickers that Stick to see if they can help us out. They produce heavy duty stickers for outdoor use, which sounds ideal.
They might not want to bother with just a couple of small stickers which makes sense.
The time invested to make a few small stickers is more valuable than the price they are able to ask for the finished product.
Very likely that most sticker makers prefer volume orders.

Well, the second place said they could do it but they have a $95.00 minimum order. Found another dude on Ebay who told me to send him the pictures of the decals I want, he said they should be easy enough. Hopefully this will be the guy.

NOTE to @ajschainsaws , if You can check and actually have a lead on the old decal style I am extremely interested in purchasing a couple for both PS-6400 & PS-7900.

But if You get Your stuff from current Dolmar stock the decals will be the new style which I already have and don't need.

Thank You! :)

Edit/P.S.:
Original / old decal styles that I am interested in

Wilhelm, the guy says he should be able to reproduce those decals no problem but needs a better quality photo. Might you have one?

SCS can make you any decal you need if you have one for him to copy or pics with measurements.

Is SCS the same thing as Chainsawr? Please pardon if that is a dumb question but for some reason I keep thinking they are one and the same. Chainsawr said they couldn't provide anything they did not have in stock.

Watch out regarding those shims in relation which clutch drum You have!
There are two drum versions, each requires a different shim!

Old clutch drum requires two 0.5mm thin shims, one underneath the drum (on top of the clutch weight) and one directly under the securing washer.
Old drum version:

Uses two of these, part number 021 224 011 :

To be continued . . .

The new current clutch drum looks like this:
DSC03607.JPG DSC03613.JPG

The needle bearing needs to be pressed in, which looks like this:
DSC03603.JPG

This drum requires ONE 1.7mm thick shim directly under the drum, part number 038 223 100:
DSC03598.JPG

Do NOT run the new drum version with the thin shim, it will "ride" the clutch weights because it is too bulky on the inside!

I guess one could/can run the old drum version with just one thick shim under the drum - I didn't try it though.

To be continued . . .
