Got any measurements on the piston? Pin diameter, compression height, skirt width, overall height, etc?

Think it is posted in a thread on my site many years ago. I dont recall anymore.

Anybody know of an inexpensive replacement for upper right side a/v bushing for 3400-4000 saws? I believe the original part number is 530024225.

So when fitting a d009 bar on a d176 mount poulan 3700, u need thin spacers (i used thin springs) and a 67dl chain. 68 fits but very limited on adjustment

Nice a bright Homelite handle, can't miss that in the dark. Color coordination with the bar. I see what you're doing, nice.

Finally got a break from doing other folks saws and getting my mowers ready for season.

83cc with another topend and oem piston. Few other updates and back to a stock muffler. Just cant stand the noise of the modded muffler anymore.

I like the green, I did not know they came that way. Did they also have the green and purple motif?

I despise the 475 415 air filter and tank set ups. So my mission to put updated tank and filter set up.

The 415 475 mesh air filter and the rubber tube and metal ring on tube I'll sell for $15 and shipping. Air filter NLA new unless you find NOS. On LEFT lower corner last pic.

Done and just finished test cuts in some ash.
Only thing I did was leave the baffle out of the muffler on this one. Just badazz saws for 65cc IMHO. Quad ports.

415 425 same cylinder. Just 425 has all the updates done on them like 505. This is a 415 with 505 tank and filter set up.

Just pull the baffle. All that is needed. But is loud then. I stopped pulling them now.

You pull out both baffles and the screen or just one?
