Morning boys. Looks like this thread took a turn for the better.
Looks like Dall chamfered those ports after a couple pots of coffee....
Damn right. Thanks for pointing us in the right directionMorning boys. Looks like this thread took a turn for the better.
LmaoLooks like Dall chamfered those ports after a couple pots of coffee....
You can always go back to your build thread and do somethingJourney, what Journey, I think we're lost!!!
10 pages and we got a box of parts and 2 cans of paint!!!
I know, I know Go ........
Hopefully I'll get the bottom end together after I get off work. I'd like to get the numbers from both of these cylinders.lol he expected to to just fall together lol
10-4 bossSlow down......you're going too fast.
Hell yeah! You going to put any glitter on it with the paint, Dave? They say it makes them faster....
Maybe stencil in some GFY in red, white and blue
All I'm worried about doing at the moment is getting the bottom end together so I can run the numbers on both cylinders. You have your work cut out for you tomorrow. Don't want to say the hours I have into mine, but much of it is first time for me, so I'm going cautious & slow. However, a lot of stuff just does not fit a smoothly as factory. You can get it to work, it just takes more time.
I did not time my Huztl cylinder, anxious to see what you come up with.
Presuming anything with these saws is silly lolMy Huztl cylinder does not look bad, but I think the Cross had better port timing.
Based on measurements, I'm gonna guess the timing (w/o gasket) would be about 95, 125, 83. That is presuming the piston is the same, I really did not check.
It's about *f-wording time you show up! To answer your question, hell yes I am!Are you questioning Chinese quality?
