You have your work cut out for you tomorrow. Don't want to say the hours I have into mine, but much of it is first time for me, so I'm going cautious & slow. However, a lot of stuff just does not fit a smoothly as factory. You can get it to work, it just takes more time.

I did not time my Huztl cylinder, anxious to see what you come up with.

My Huztl cylinder does not look bad, but I think the Cross had better port timing.

Based on measurements, I'm gonna guess the timing (w/o gasket) would be about 95, 125, 83. That is presuming the piston is the same, I really did not check.

All I'm worried about doing at the moment is getting the bottom end together so I can run the numbers on both cylinders.
