Ahtanum State forest.
from the summit you can see Mt. Rainier, Mt. saint helens, Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams and the goat rocks. It's also the second highest road in the state!

I worked alongside your crew in 1993 on the "Look Up" fire in Leavenworth when I was with Wolf Creek Hotshots. Back then they were going for type 1 status.

Oh dang that's pretty cool! There is still talk of going for type 1 status around here but even if we could get all the certifications the DNR would never fund it hahahah oh well

We did get on the national board this year so that was kinda neat

And it's kinda funny about 1/3 of our crew this year weren't even born yet in 1993 haha
