Any of you loggers seen one of these?

Yes I have on the east coast they put a similar deal on the arch well cutting to help direct the tree. Something like that out here could turn bad really quick with a big wind sail of a Doug fir.

Good luck with that in hardwood too. Rootballs are usually huge and full of rocks. Looks like they're on the beach. Still everything has it's place.
