I farted in an empty pepsi bottle one day and put the cap on real quick..

She would cut my throat in my sleep. My wife is half Cherokee, and has a bad little temper.

I always tried to turn the wrist, and make darn sure they don't extend your arm away from you. Also used to take a dumbbell and put my elbow on the table, and lower it down and bring it back up again. A lot of times if someone started to lean my arm I could hold it and wear them out and win. It is an arm movement you don't normally exercise.

I'm sure working for the moving company, which I did all through college and a year and a half after also helped. Grip strength improves wrist strength.
