I talked to Tracy yesterday about chunks of wood. He's started leaving the big nasties on when he skids stuff out. We'll have some saw testers.

Yum. Im pretty lazy butchering deer.

Loins hit the grill same night. Straps get flyed for grillin. Rumps get frozen for pot roasts and that boils down to the rest. I dont bother with steaks cus local beef is way better so the smalls get ground for burger and the larger chunks get bagged for stirfry. My two favorite styles of cooking are bbq and my woks. No one turns thier noses up with either.

I'd avoid the bull, and any alcohol needs to wait till the saws are put away. I figure a few guys will arrive on Friday and help setup/cook the pig and those fellers are welcome to imbibe as they see fit. Then on Saturday after the saws are put back in the trucks/cars/vehicles of choice, there will be guys that wanna stay another night before leaving Sunday. Those guys are also welcome to knock some adult beverages back. I'll have some wavers for everyone to sign stating that anything dumb that you do is on you.

I'm pretty sure I can find my Coleman Stove and perculator coffee pot... I still think that it makes the best coffee... Especially when camping in the snow.
