What was the temp anyway? Everybody all bundled up.

Friday was nice in the lower 50's and sunny. Not sure what the temp was Saturday but the sun never made it out, and it was windy. I'd say in never made it out of the lower 40's

lol.

Kevin commented on how cold it felt, and he's from just under the end of the world MI.

I picked up an insulated 24oz thermos/coffee mug at wally world to replace one I backed over with the jcb last week. Matt and I had a few drinks Friday night, and when i was done, there was 1 ice cube left in the thermos. That bastard was still in the thermos Saturday evening.

Mayhaps I was asking him for tips on how to "cut sod"?
Very true. His pipe saw was damn good at it.

So for those that aren't aware, or didn't witness the massive fail of @Definitive Dave aka Sod Cutter. He was having issues getting his piped saw running on Friday afternoon. After an assist from @Mastermind and members of the Mizzurah Saw Mafia, he got it running well from a ground start, but during the obligatory piss rev from the grounded position, Señor Dave promptly lifted the back of the saw faster than the front, and proceeded to bury the bar tip in the pasture, whilst on his way to the cant.

The follow up to this is that Dave, being the ever generous soul that he is, was handing out a few Save Edge files to a few of us in attendance. As he was handing one to me he remarked, "I don't know why I'm giving you this, you don't even sharpen chains".
To which I ever so swiftly replied, "I don't need to, as I know how to keep my chain out of the ground".

It was a great moment!
