My brother lives at the southern tip of the NC coast. Pulled pork is an art form in that part of the world. I have his sauce recipe.......and no, I can't share it

Pulled pork is as close to religion as some can get. Unless it's loin, pork shouldn't be touched with a knife, hand pulled is where it's at. I have two shoulders (butts) that will be done between now and Christmas....yummy. I've never used the bear claws, but Fisher would like a set so that he can play Wolverine.

Nah, the Olympyk has decided it doesn't like the ones it has now or any of the variety that I have, can't find an issue with the threads, gonna try something else. The Stihls play nice with it, they can't run the 36" bar.
