It's what a retentive cooker uses. Digital is nice.

I'll have the consumables, but could someone bring trash bags. Small kitchen type is easier to pick up and move than the bigger ones once full. Also, what are the sides again? We're making brownies and bringing some chips ahoy. 4 packs of sodas coming along too. As cool as it is coolers won't be a necessity, but having a place to pile all the goodies up out of the way would be good to do.

Now the important stuff, you guys that have made adapters for air filters, I want to change my set up on the Olympic but don't have a clue, I'll be asking for advice.

@Stihlbro is bringing the baked beans. We are doing potato salad, green beans, and cole slaw.

Glenda is making a few coconut chess pies and some brownies too.

I've got a ThermoPro digital thermometer with dual probes. One for the smoker temp, and the other for the meat.
