Believe the BR800 is their big boy. I have seen no documentation for a BR850 even on the Stihl website. Maybe a BR350 ? Let me know when you see it.

The customer was wrong as usual. It is a BR800 and I have the manuals for it already. Thanks for looking anyways. Now off to getting it repaired in a few days.
