Stihl MS461 bucking spikes

I just picked up my first 461 standard version. Both of my others are 461R models.

The new standard version bucking spikes are ridiculously small and useless but I don't want the large spikes (or dual spikes) that come standard on the R models.

Is there an inside spike that is somewhere in the middle in terms of length and usability?
