SOLD Stihl ms361 wrap handle?

Here is a bit of an odd one! I picked this up cause I have a soft spot for wrap handles. I have no idea who makes it but I feels sturdy & looks nicely done. I’m thinking $100?? If that’s too high shoot me an offer!

That's interesting that it has the four mounting holes on the strut. It doesn't look like an 034/036 handle to me.

Yep - That's what I think it is. I have an OEM 361 3/4 wrap handle here and it looks identical.

Your definitely right, I just threw it on a ms360 & it definitely ain’t for that

The OEM handle I have though has a small cut-out between the two upper holes but it may not be needed - I think
those upper holes are for the mount that attaches to the cylinder.

I don’t own a 361 unfortunately to test it on but I think your right on this one. Anyone ever seen a full wrap for the 361 like this?

Appreciate ya pointing that out! I shoulda given it a test fit rather than taking the tags word for it.

I think it's the USA brand wrap that Madsens sold for years. The guy that made those made them for many modern saws but then his health got real bad. I never heard what happened to the guy.

The first saw I ever bought was when I lived out in Washington after college. It was a 361 with a full wrap. This is the only picture I have of it. Looks similar but not identical to the one you have. It was a great saw. I still had it when I moved back to Wisconsin, and I took a FISTA safety class where we brought our own saws. Damn near got laughed out of the woods showing up with a 60cc saw wearing a 24" bar with big dogs and a full wrap.

That's what my guess was too. I have one on my 064 and it looked similar.

that's what I have on my 650/660, been on it for 13+ years. real nice quality full wrap.

Looks like an 038 wrap handle, definitely USA bar with the signature bends

Not for a 038 but after looking at it on there it’s very well proportioned for that saw & isn’t super far off on mounting…..
